I know NBI and Cenomar has 1 yr validity but the Embassy take it only as 6mos. My Medical will expire Jan 2021 and my NBI and Cenomar 6mos validity will be in Oct.

Do you think i need to get another NBI and Cenomar a month before my Medical Exam expire? I was thinking if Embassy accept our request for expiring medical there would be no issues or delays during an interview.

Anyone going through the same transfer problem ? Our cr1 case transferred from California to Vermont. When u look at the time frame, Vermont is way slower than California processing time.

Timeline. Submitted cr1 visa- February 7,2020.

March12,2020- It says, your benefit request has been accepted and is under review.

august27,2020 - your benefit request has been accepted and is under review

what is that suppose to mean??Same thing but different dates??

Hello my name is Gen, I have a very confusing situation right now and I m trying to find an answer. I just filed for removal of conditions for my 2yr green card. I received a letter of extension for 18 months. My 2 yr greencard expired a few years ago, 2017 to be specific. So my problem is this extension that I got would only cover the 18 months from time my green card expires which resulted of me not being able to get a driver s license or a state id. I tried contacting uscis but no luck, I kept getting hung up on. I want to know what I can do about this. Please help me. Thanks!

We are planning to get my son his instruction permit but he was not born here in MO, we moved here from the Philippines in 2011. I gained my citizenship in 2018 which automatically makes my son a citizen as well. He has his US passport and passport ID. Will that be enough for his identity/LAWFUL STATUS? Anyone with the same case? Please help! Thank you.
