US Immigration from Philippines

Mine and my kids CR1/2 are still at USCIS. My 18 year old son has become ill. At first we thought Bell's Palsy because the side of his face went numb and drooped., Then his speech became slurred and they have tested for hypothyroidism, but no results yet. In the past 2 days he is becoming paralyzed down his right side and can not walk evenly. My MIL is a nurse and is screaming to get him to see a neurologist which I will try on Monday, but all the doctors here are dedicated to the Covid #######. I am scared for my son and he needs good care. My spouse can add us to his work insurance if we are in the USA. My MIL swears he may have something called Guillian Barre Syndrome . Will they help us do you think?

Hi everyone, im on F2B and I already received an email from NVC last March that my documents have been "Documentarily Qualified". I was told to wait for an update for my medical exam and interview appointment.

Then, i just recently found out about this immigration ban which answers my question why i still havent received an update from NVC. Im glad i came across this forum and learned new information about the immigration process. But, i still have a few questions in mind:

1. My NBI Clearance was already accepted by NVC through CEAC but it doesnt have an "AKA" on it. Do they really require you to put an alias even if you dont have one? Im thinking if i should request for a new one with AKA since the old one that I submitted will expire in December anyway.
2. I also read something about the new public charge rule. I read somewhere that the US Embassy will or may ask you to fill out a new form DS 5540 prior to your interview. Does anyone here who were interviewed recently filled out that form?

Anyone who had interview but his priority date retrogressed at that time?

Can you share how your case proceed?

Mine has been forwarded to national benefit center NBC?

Will the NBC automatically track or knows if the priority date is current to adjudicate a case?

My file has been at the Manila embassy with a Ready status since the end of March 2020. My fiancee just showed me that our NOA2 had a validity period from 02/12/2020 to 06/11/2020. She has never received her interview letter. Now it seems that the CEAC site does not recognize my Case no. What is going on and who do I contact about this?

Does anyone know if Philippine embassy is currently open for interviews ?

i was told they aren t doing any interviews until proclamation is finished in December 31,2020.
