US Immigration from Philippines

Does anyone here under IR1 (Manila, Philippines) had their interview without expedite nowadays?

he is trying to expedite his case After Donald trump proclamation is done..... due to financial Hardship due to COVID-19 affecting the whole business in town... Has already turned in affidavit of support which already got accepted...will finiacial hardship ruin his case/affidavit of support?

I paid the immigrant fee for my wife and sons green cards. They emailed a receipt but it says on the receipt that it was applied to 2 new IOE case numbers I've never seen before. Shouldn't it have been applied to our old IOE numbers?

How many days does the embassy will send the visa after you passed the interview? It s been 2 weeks now since my kids had they re interview and we still didn t receive the passport with visa?

My understanding is that it's 3 years (K1 visa Filipina) and 5 years for my stepdaughter (I'm the sponsor). However, it's unclear when the 3 years begins. Is it upon arrival in the U.S. or after AOS? Is it from when the permanent (10yr) green card was issued? Is it when the conditional green card was issued? (despite being over 3 years, she's still on her conditional green card). Thanks!
