Can our newborn son be signed up for AHCCCS?

MY wife, whom I successfully petitioned for, and I just had a baby boy. We are in fact in the process of submitting our Removal of Conditions

I know that if I have my wife sign up for AHCCCS (AZ Medicaid), it would be deemed a "means tested benefit" and the Government would likely come after me for any money spent on my wife's healthcare.
Is that also true for our son?
I am a US Citizen, and my baby boy was born on US Soil.... so on those to facts alone, makes him a US Citizen (actually either one on their own, would too).

I understand my son being signed up for AHCCCS won't make my wife a Public Charge... but can it be used against me as a "Means tested benefit" and be expected to pay it back? OR is the fact that my son is a US Citizen, make him completely eligible to receive AHCCCS benefit without being required to be repaid? I'm unsure how that whole thing works.

Evidence recommended to submit with I-751

We only have 80 days left to submit the I-751. We may be able to get some signed, and notorized Affidavits from friends from our church that verify we are a real couple.
My wife and I also just had a baby, I'm not sure if we'll be able to get the Birth Certificate in time. But we're looking into it. I am sure the bills from the Hospital list both our names.

My wife is a member of a Christian Healthshare Ministry which has helped us with healthcare costs (Basically a sort of non-profit health insurance plan). I pay for it, but she is the only beneficiary. I get my healthcare through my employer (Cheaper, but doesn't cover as much. Wife's plan is actually better for the money, so we kept her on CHM... especially since they are great with covering pregnancies.)

Wife has her own Bank account, which is linked to my other accounts. Both of our names are on my wife's account (This is a new account created mostly just for her personal spending and direct deposit)

We have travel receipts from before Covid19, where my sister flew us out to NJ to come visit and to have a Stateside 2nd Wedding celebration. We have photos from this.

We filed Jointly in 2019, and 2018.

So all in all for documents we can gather

-Vacation Receipts + Photos
-Hospital bill for birth of our son, with both our names.
-Christian Healthshare Ministry bills charged to me, with her as beneficiary.
-One or maybe Two Joint bank accounts.
-May be able to get Birth Certificate for our son (might still be too early, not sure)
-Affidavits of Genuine Relationship from fellow church goers.

Does this sound sufficient?

My wife just received her Approved EAD and AP. However, we had to resubmit our AOS because we were denied the first one. July 2019 she had her biometrics but again since refiling, no biometrics. Is this normal or could they be using the one from 2019 ?

Thank you in advance.

Pending visa visit

Good morning everyone around the world! i know there is a pinned article about "yes you can visit" however this is prior to covid. i know some people have had success visiting. Anyways, my Visa is AT NVC, and will most likely be there a while. id like to have my fiance over soon if the boarders open in PH. If i have employer notes from both of us, proof of her bills in PH, Round trip ticket, proof of relationship, ect what are my realistic chances of being turned away being that its already at NVC. Our I-129

I know it will absolutely vary from person to person and depends solely on the immigration officer. However just looking for a general estimate on what people think about this. How has immigration been with pending visas during covid?

Good Morning!

I am asking for my wife. Her passport expires in April 2021. We have applied for the AOS but waiting to be scheduled for biometrics. My question is: Does anyone know the process for her to get a new one? The Consulate in in Chicago and that is no problem because we live in Cincinnati, only a 5 hour drive. We would appreciate any information you can help us with this situation.

Thank you in advance....
