Hello I'm new here, my husband and I just filed our IR1 I -130 application online September 29 last month and received a receipt we just wanted to know if this is only Receipt or a NOA1 because so far this is only we got...thank you !

Am I an LPR?

Hi I just got here in the US 3 weeks ago through my IR-2 visa with an annotation " UPON ENDORSEMENT SERVES AS TEMPORARY I-551 EVIDENCING PERMANENT RESIDENCE FOR 1 YEAR. . I'm 17 years old turning 18 in a couple of days and my dad was naturalized when I was 15 y/o. We were supposed to apply for a passport but my dad lost his naturalization certificate so we're still gonna have to wait 5-8 months to get it. I just have a couple of questions:

1.) What is my status here in the United States?

2.) Do I need to apply for a green card?

3.) Did I already become a citizen when I got here?

4.) Am I still going to be eligible to apply for a passport even after I turn 18?

Hi so my dad is filing for an application for n565 or the replacement of certificate of naturalization. He got married after naturalizing so his status on the certificate was still single. When applying for a new one do we put single or married on it? Is the processing gonna take longer because of it?

Hi so my son's name is Matthew and his dad naturalized last 2018. They were supposed to apply for the passport but the dad lost his certificate of naturalization so they werent able to apply. Matthew was able to enter the US through his IR-2 visa though before he turned 18 (at 17y/o) and got a SSN 2 weeks after he entered. They are going to apply for the lost naturalization certificate for the dad but the question is that if Matthew could still apply for the passport once they get the certificate even if he is already 18.
