What normally happens when you have two DS-260s? One for wife and one for unmarried 20 year old step-son. Could they be separate appointments even on separate days? Another concern is can they share our PSA marriage document or should I have two PSA marriage certificates one for each (with different control # of course).

Hello everyone! I got questions and I hope I can get answers here. Me and my three kids have filed ROC. Should we wait for a new green card? We got a letter for USCIS which authorizes us to work or to travel abroad and I think it will only be valid until the end of this year. I also need to submit more evidence for my petition to remove conditions. And just recently, my daughter (she's 23 yrs old) got married. Her husband is a US citizen. How would her marriage affect her I-751 petition? Thanks for taking the time to read this and I'm looking forward for some answers.

For the ROB - Report of Birth it says we need to send in Original and four (4) photocopies of parent(s) passport data page. How can we send in the original passport data page? Do we have to send our physical passport in? Or do they just want another photocopy for 5 copies. The same thing goes for the green card: Original and four (4) photocopies of proof that the parent(s) is/are Filipino(s) at the time of child s birth (green card, US visa, US naturalization certificate, notice of action, work permit, dual IC) https://philippineembassy-usa.org/report-of-birth-application-by-mail/ Any one know the answer? Thanks

We were driving home last night and got pulled over by a sheriff for a burned-out license plate light. He asked my husband (the driver) for his license and then he asked me (the passenger) for my license. I said I don't have one yet. He asked for my passport and luckily I have it with me. He went back to his vehicle and ran a check. He came back and asked if I have a greencard. I said I don't have one yet because it is still processing. I showed him the text notification I got from USCIS that they received my case. Luckily he let us go. My husband still thinks it's weird that a sheriff would ask the passenger's identification for something like a burned-out light. From now on I will have a copy of my NOA1 in the car. I can't imagine what would have happened if we got pulled over during the time when I don't have the USCIS notif yet. I might have been detained to prove legal status?
