US Immigration from Philippines

Hi I'm an 18 year old admitted in the US when I was 17 as a legal permanent resident (IR2 visa) allowing me to acquire my citizenship through my dad's naturalization. We were supposed to apply for my passport but my dad lost his naturalization certificate so we're in the process of applying for a new one to apply again. I'm currently waiting for my green card and I was just wondering if its possible to go outside of the US when they're processing my US passport and they can just mail it to me in the Philippines for me to gain entry to the US again or what are my other options to be able to study in the PH?

Has anyone had trouble using the 18 month extension letter to renew their Driving License? Was talking with someone who said NJ mvc wasnt allowing it. This could be false but just want to check.

my kids and i just applied for our visa and it is under administrative processing. my spouse (ex) would like me to withraw my application and just continue with the kids. in my application, im the accompnying parent. my kids are both minors and i raised them alone. Is it possible for my ex to call the embassy to discontinue my application and just proceed with the kids?

I know ir5 visa is banned right now for coming into the United States but anyone got a interview date for their parents already???!!...
