I would like to ask if i still need to upload pictures of our vacations or pictures with friends when filing for N400 online?

Hello all, it's been a while since I've posted here. Here's the scenario:

USC Mother petitioning unmarried and over 21 daughter with kids in the Philippines

*My mother (LPR back then) filed I-130 for my sister back in May of 2016

*My mother became US citizen in January of 2017

*My sister received the Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation dated May 1, 2020 (which includes the NVC Case number and Invoice ID number)

Questions on infos at CEAC site:

1) My mother can't access the Choice of Agent, or Fees tab yet at CEAC as it were still grayed out. When will she expect to get access?

2) Visa category is F24. This should be F11 right?

3) My sister's children's second name was entered as their last name. How to fix this? Add Applicants then enter their full names and upload birth certs?

4) Should my mother call/email and tell them that she got naturalized back in 2017?

Is anyone aware of the CFO cut off time for registration? Apparently the whole site has been updated. They say it's open for registration M-Thursday however there is a cut off time.

In addition, can my wife depart the country with just the online certificate or does she need to wait on the courier package??

Here's our situation: Our parents came in the US with a B2/Visit visa last July 1st.
Now we've convinced them to stay and adjust their status to get a green card.

Some details:
a. This is their 5th entry in the US. Every entry they've only stayed 1-2 months.
b. They entered the US July 1st, so it's about 108 days ago (when this is posted)
c. My sister will be the sole petitioner and sponsor (US citizen) and makes about $150k/year so she can petition both parents with only her as the main sponsor.
d. We are filing these 7 forms for each parent concurrently: I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, I-944 and I-693 (waiting for sealed document in a few days).

Questions:
1. Wanted to confirm that for their adjustment of status, we can and should file all 7 Forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, I-944 and I-693.
2. What's the current total $$$ fees for concurrently filing all 7 forms?
3. Should we issue a single check or multiple checks per applicant?
4. Should both parents file completely separate? 2 USPS packages to USCIS?
5. Should we send everything here? (Live in Redwood City, CA (94061)
