US Immigration from Philippines

So a few weeks ago I sent my AOS application and last Saturday the entire application got returned to me with the I-797 c rejection notice and green letter attached to my form I-485. The only reason they stated there was because I sent an outdated version of the form I-485. Now, does that mean the only outdated version is the I-485? Since it's the only one with the green letter attached to it.

Also, since I'm doing concurrent filing, where exactly do you put the green letter, is it outside the bubble mailer, outside the envelope for the I-485 packet or inside on the very top of the I-485 packet? Thank you very much!

Hello all I have been a long time lurker here. I have been engaged and in a relationship with my partner for some time now. We recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world, but the problem is I am in the US and unable to travel to Philippines due to covid-19 restrictions. My question is is it possible to file a CRBA from the states? Or will my significant other have to file? I am aware of the DS5507 form, but am confused on who I can get to sign it. The form says passport specialist, so does this mean I could go to US postal office and have passport specialist there do it? Sorry for the novel, didn't know anywhere else to ask. Tha js for any help or suggestions in advance!!

I am filing for citizenship on the basis of marriage for the past 3 years.

the requirement says, we need to submit all 4 documents:

Evidence that spouse has been a citizen for the last 3 years

-I plan to submit his birth certificate

Marriage Certificate

Tax Returns, Mortgages and Bank Records

I am confused about "Proof of termination of prior marriages of your spouse? This is both our first marriage.

Do I skip this? then that means submitting 3 out of 4.

my wife and i currently live with my parents and were going to have our green card interview soon.

and i can not provide any utility bills under our name and rental..

so i was just wondering if may be someone here know where i can find a sample of good affidavit of support that my parents can fill out, stating that we are living with them and all of the bills are under their name but we are helping paying for them as well.

Hi guys! I'm about to enroll my son here in the US but the school told me my son is missing some shots. We just came here a week ago and I thought it couldn't our medical should be ok. I looked at his emedical and Hepatitis A only said not age appropriate when in fact he completed his two shots when he was less than a year old. Whoever encoded my son's details maybe forgot to type those dates in.

Anyone had the same experience?

How should I go about this? Is it expensive to go to the health dept?
