US Immigration from Philippines

My warm greetings to everyone.
Sent an expedite letter last week and got this unfortunate response. Is this a denial? I am a medical frontliner in the US and my fiance is also one in the Philippines as well and was my reason for expedite request. May i know anyone who got the same response? May i know anyone who got denied too and may i know their (NVC) reply.

My question is that I only have 2020 IRS to give for AOS for my wife.

I dont meet income 2019 and below IRS tax years.

But for 2020 this years income is more than enough.

Can I just submit 2020 IRS transcript with my w2s when I file January next year?

If I need a household co sponsor, can I use my mom? She is retired, but do they combined our income since we live in the same household?

Hello group...I know that all K-1 visas go to the Texas Lockbox. My question is does the Texas lockbox receive them and then send out the NOA 1 after checking for the fees etc.? Or do they send them to the proper service center depending on where you live and the service who will be handling the case send out the NOA 1? Thank you in advance for the advice!

Hello - My wife has her CR-1 interview next Tuesday. I know we have to register a delivery address for her passport and visa. I clicked on the link on the US Manila embassy website for setting up the delivery address and it makes you register. I did that and logged in and there is nowhere to schedule an address for delivery. Does anyone have any ideas? It would seem somehow I have to link her visa application to this site as her dashboard is blank, but I have no idea where to do that. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
