US Immigration from Philippines

Good morning, all.

It's my first time posting on this forum, and I'm so glad I found it.

My situation: I'm flying to the Philippines with my mom in two weeks, and then I'm flying back to the US end of November. I currently have a green card and a valid Philippine passport, but my last name is different between both documents. My passport has my unmarried last name (e.g., Reyes) and my GC has my hyphenated married last name (e.g., Reyes-Baker). My husband and I are in a same-sex marriage, which is why I couldn't change my passport name (not recognized by the Philippines, etc.) My lawyer said this shouldn't be an issue entering the US, but I'm wondering if this will cause any issues leaving the Philippines.

My question: Has there been anyone in a similar situation? Do people think this is going to be fine? Would any other documentation be good to have on hand? Would appreciate any and all feedback and advice.

I have my tax returns ready for the last three years, but none of them were signed. These were digital copies stored on my PC, that had never been signed. The signed copy was sent to the IRS, obviously.
Is it OK to send unsigned tax returns for evidence? I feel like signing them after the fact might be a no-no?

ETA: Nevermind. I think I'm going to use my Tax Transcripts instead.

good day to all. October filer here. I 'll file next week (October 26th). Just wanted to double check .. no kids so my fee will be total of $680 according to the USCIS fee calculator. Can I use my credit card to pay and submit a G-1450 form Authorization for Credit Card Transactions?? thank you

My k1 visa petition, as far as I know, is still at the nvc. My petition was approved back on June 5th. The approval was valid until October 4th but I do realize that I don t need to be concerned with that with the current pandemic going on. But since I have yet to hear from the nvc about my new case number, I m wondering if I should email them and provide them my email address and ask for the case number because I honestly don t know if they have my email address or not. I did send my email address with my petition but that doesn t mean they have it. The website states not to contact unless for emergencies but I am just wondering if they would at least give me the case number. I have heard about the k1 visas now have so called top priority but it doesn t appear that the embassy in the Philippines is paying any attention to that. If anyone can advise me about this issue that would be great.

Just going to let you know fiance received an expedite for her K1 out of Manila. Not sure if its from the emails I sent them a month ago with no response, but her interview is scheduled for December 3rd. Not sure if it was because I wrote complaining about my son missing the school year or not, hes not part of the K1. No one is allowed to attend the interviews except the applicant.

I finally got all of the papers today for myself to apply for a Philippine visa and as long as I get that, Ill still fly back on the 26th of November.
