US Immigration from Philippines

I have received the notice saying that they've received the application BUT what's alarming is I don't see the files that I have uploaded in the documents tab - what does this mean? Did I lose all of my uploaded documents? I don't think my application will go through had I lost it.

So my parents are trying to get citizenship. My mom is the only one working. She file taxes as married filing jointly. Also, they qualify for I-1942 (Request for Reduced Fee)

Questions

1. Do I have to submit 2 forms of I-1942? Does both have to apply?

2. In form I-942 Part 3, #3, do I have to write my dad's name underneath my mom's? when my mom files for taxes, she doesnt have any other dependents but my dad.

3. Do I have to send tax return documents for both?

4. Can I send 1 check for both N-400 (reduced fee) and biometrics? but separate check for each parent?

In my GC, I only the initial of my middle name but when I filled out the form , I entered my complete middle name - will that be a concern? im afraid to go back coz I might lose my attachments. Please help me!

N400 was asking about children, I have one and so I said yes.

Towards the end of the form where you submit evidence, I was asked to upload birth certificate of my step daughter? Should I just upload it or should I change my response to the children question

My wife finally got an interview date for next month from AOS for a K1 Visa, but were not sure what we needed to do in terms of medical. She received a medical at St. Lukes in the Philippines on 4-15-19 and was given a DS-3025 then. I'm under the impression that because it's a K-Based visa she doesn't need to do a full medical again.

Her DS-3025 has a only check boxes for Tdap, Varicella History and blanket waivers for everything else, mostly code A and D. The expiration date on it is 10/31/20 (But I've read other places that they wont accept anything over a year)

It does say at the bottom, "K Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements" Wasn't sure if this means she is okay for AOS in terms of vaccinations.

I don't think that we included the DS-3025 with our i-485 application. And I'm not really sure if it meets all of the requirements. She's also currently pregnant, so don't really want them shooting her up with like 10 different shots.

Should we try to get an appointment for the vaccination portion of the I-693, the whole medical again, or just head to the interview next month and not worry about it?

If we do need to get Vaccination/Medical done again, what will happen if we don't have it by the time of the interview? Will they just issue an RFE?
