Hi I moved/entered the US as an LPR when I was 17, a month before I turned 18 so still qualified under INA 320. But, we failed to get my passport immediately because my dad lost his naturalization cert. so we're waiting for 5-8 months to get another one and be able to apply for the passport again. I'm currently 18 and looking to open a bank account and I don't know what to put under the "Citizenship" in the forms, US or Philippines?

My wife had her medical exam done in the Philippines already, and we have been kind of sitting around waiting for the green card interview and haven't done another medical exam yet. We have our interview on the 23rd of November. Do we NEED another medical exam? The last one was completed August last year at St. Luke's in the Philippines. Thank you!

We just got the letter that our F3 visa was approved. My father, the petitioner, a pensioner now resides in the Philippines with us since my mother passed away. Since my father is the petitioner, does he need to go back to the US? My brother who is a US Navy will be the co-sponsor but currently assigned in Japan. Can anyone help us about this matter? Thank you.

Good Day to All, I am attempting to interpret this following chart and just want to confirm my suspicions. We have a NOA2 date of 9/28, so I suspect we'll get a notice shortly of arrival for the NVC. Does the graph attached mean we have another 3 month or so wait until the embassy visit stage is possible? My fianc e is a school teacher in the Philippines and is asking when she should give notice for a leave of absence for the embassy visit, and when she should give notice to resign. Based on this, I suspect the answer is, not yet?

Hi everyone, With the recent lift of non-essential travel for Filipinos, my fianc is planning to visit me in the USA for the holidays with her current B1/B2 visa. We want to make sure we prepare everything we need so she will not be denied departure in Manila and arrival in the US. There are two things we are really looking at: Covid-19 requirements: roundtrip flight, 24-hour negative covid test, declaration of travel risk, and preparation for quarantine when returning to the Philippines K-1 Visa requirements: proof of returning to Philppines including: rountrip flight, proof of employment and residency Is there anything else we should consider that may result denial of departure or arrival? We haven't seen each other for almost 11 months and this seems like a blessing we might have an opportunity to see each other. Thanks, -Kris NOA1: July 21, 2010 NOA2: pending
