US Immigration from Philippines

We received an RFE on October 29, apparently days before it was blocked again so we'll just respond to it.

Just wondering how to fill this up and/or answer coz just like everybody else here, I don't want anymore delays So I recently signed up for health insurance but when I called the Customer Service they said they aren't like Healthcare insurance but part of an Affordable Act [still confuse as of now with terminologies]. He said there's no annual deductible, annual premium or premium tax credit on it.

So I guess my questions are as follows:

1. How are we going to answer question #15 and the A,B,C or perhaps D too?

2. The Welcome Pack for this coverage hasn't arrived yet but coverage has already stated as stated on the attached file. Is there a way that we can submit this as proof that we got something that'll cover me for emergency stuff instead of waiting for the actual Welcome Pack that might take another week or two to arrive despite of the expedite request from our part?

My wife is having a hard time finding where or how to get a travel pass back to Albay after her Interview in Manila Philippines. Looking for advice on how to obtain this.

I had my Citizenship interview today, passed the tests, and my application is recommended for approval. I do have a concern though..

When we started discussing the changing name part, the Immigration Officer said that she s going to go ahead and change my middle name legally. She said where I m from, the Philippines, we tend to make our last name our middle/maiden name once marrying which is true. She said they were instructed to legally change all Filipinas middle name when it comes to the Citizenship interview.

It made sense when I was at the interview but now that I think about it, I m starting to worry. I questioned the IO multiple times but I felt like she was lowkey starting to get annoyed.

When I got married, I made my father s last name as my maiden name and took my husband s last name.

e.g

from Maria Adona Torres

to Maria Torres Villareal

Adona - Mother s maiden name

Torres - Father s last name

Villareal - Husband s last name

On the system where I signed, it was like below:

Current name: Maria Adona Villareal

changing to: Maria Torres Villareal

where Maria Torres Villareal is really my current name and has always been ever since I got married.

I m worried that she made a mistake and that now, I have 3 name changes in the system...

My mom is LPR she over stayed outside in the U.S. I do understand that she needed a re-entry permit. Heres my questions.

How does the finger print work? Does she need to go nearest consulate to do finger print. please advice and thank you in advance.

Is there anyone here granted an interview appointment for expiring medical exam? I did my medical July and what's in the autoreply is Jan-June has 30days extension.
