On November 3 my fianc e completed her 2nd physical and returned her passport, updated NBI and Cenomar to the embassy. On the 5th I sent an email to the embassy and they acknowledged that they had received the passport, and all other documents to include the new physical from SLEC, Now today, 10 November 2020, the Embassy returned her passport and with a 221g stating that she must take a physical. There has been no end to the problems we have had in processing this K1Visa. We interviewed in February 2020. Problems with the initial document, lost physical, lost NBI, finally approved by consulate. Visa issued on 26 February 2020 and withheld on the 27th of February the problems go on an on, I have previously documented all of that here on Visa Journey. Original physical allowed to expire by Embassy. Made to comply with Sputum protocol despite two previous negative test. By the way this most resent test was also negative. What more can we do. The money and stress this mess has inflicted upon us is unreal. How do I get this visa issued?

Here is the situation. My fianc 's interview is on the 19th, and if everything goes as planned they will keep her passport to put Visa stamp in it and return it to her in a couple weeks. Her current passport is valid till December 2021 but while getting our son's Philippine passport, they talked her into getting her current passport renewed. They advised she could pick the new one up on the 28th of November but her travel Visa will be in the old one. What, if any issues will there be ?

Good day VJ, We just got our NOA2 hardcopy from the mail today but it doesn't show the K2 in the beneficiary. We included the name of the K2 in our I-129f. It only has 1 number (K1). Is this normal for filers with K2s? Thanks.

Hi! Our interview is this month and I just have 2 questions regarding the requirements listed on our NoA. 1) Form I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vacccination Record - Do I need to do this again or is the medical I did back where I am from for the K-1 enough? I seem to be getting different answers online but it says on the NoA "unless already submitted" but when I entered the US, the officer who reviewed my documents in the immigration said I would need to have a check up for my asthma but did not really say anything else if I had to submit any files to USCIS or what. 2) Form I-864 Affidavit of Support - same as the first, it says "unless already submitted" but does my husband need to fill this out again because there has been some changes since. Thanks in advance!
