US Immigration from Philippines

Who have had their medical exam for US Visa taken recently at SLEC Extension Clinic Manila? Do they require you to sign a Health Declaration Form before entering the building or did they just ask for the requirements?

My son is scheduled for his medical on March 11, he traveled from Singapore and completed 7 day quarantine in a hotel, he got negative swab test results, the BOQ certificate asks him to complete 14 day quarantine at home. If he stays home to complete quarantine he won t make it to the his medical appointment and embassy interview on the 15th.

If he goes to his medical and interview as scheduled, will he be permitted inside if he shows his negative swab test results even of he has not completed the 14 days quarantine? Or they wouldn t know because it won t be asked at all?

Hi! I just wanted to ask if anyone know if it's legal for employers to ask for a copy of applicant's green card?

I was asked for a picture of my driver's license, which I complied to.

I was asked for a picture of my ssn card. I was hesitant, but I complied to it. My SSN card has no annotation.

I was asked for a background check and have done the live scan & registered with DSS.

This is for a home care aid position (caregiver). I initiated DSS HCA registration which asked for a livescan, which I already did last week. It probably would take a couple days to 1 week to get the results processed by DSS.

I have applied for caregiving agencies before, but I was never asked for all these IDs. Usually, driver's license would suffice and for the ssn, it's just me givng them the number and not a copy of the card. I was never asked for a copy of my greencard. I am hesitant to send a copy of my green card especially via email. What are your experiences with and thoughts on this?

I used to have a program on my laptop that would print out conversations from facebook messenger . All I had to do was put in the time frames. I have saved quite a bit but it has been several months since i have done this. Recently, I ad work done on my older laptop. Specifically, I had the dvd drive removed and had a solid state drove installed. This procedure wiped out the program I was using to print out the chats from facebook messenger. I use facebook messenger for chatting with my fiancee in the Philippines. As I mentioned, I have saved and printed out quite a bit. I'm just wondering how much the us embassy in the Philippines will want to see of the chat logs that i have or if they will even ask. My k1 petition is currently stuck at the nvc with thousands of others but eventually it will hopefully be processed so I am trying to look ahead. I can't find that program anymore and it might not exist. I want to hopefully make the process as easy for her as possible.
