I am the petitioner and my mom will be my joint sponsor for form i134. I live with my mom and dad. My questions are:

1. so when my mom fills out the i134, would her household size be 4? (My mom, myself, my fianc e, and my dad) or would it just be 3 and my dad not be included since he s not a dependent of my mom?

2. since my mom and dad file taxes jointly, does my dad need any tax documents to differentiate his earnings from my mom s? If so, what would that tax document be?

My mom will send me her:

- IRS tax transcript (recent year only)

- W2 (recent year only)

- Form 1040 (recent year only)

- Passport biopage

- Form i134

3. is there any other documents my mom needs to send me besides those listed above?

My wife's child has his visa interview on May 24. We have prepared notarized special power of attorney letters for his grandfather's accompaniment during the interview, and for me to go there and accompany him on his way to US since his mother does not have AP or greencard yet. My wife and the father of her child were never married, but we were thinking that we need to get the child's father to grant me special power of attorney for me to be able to accompany the child. Is this correct? Also, do we need to get a letter from the child's father also that states that he is okay with his child coming to US?

Good day, I just want to ask the different of NVC and CGI federal. We've been filling the visa from USCIS and our petition has been approved December 2020 but they said we have to wait till we can get the letter from the NVC But until now we didn't have it. But now our petition is under of CGI and we have to pay the visa fee.

I had an interview as well and received a 221g form for my no criminal record on file. May my case is already permanent dismissed. May i know what particular documents that i need to provide the NBI? Is it the final court order saying the case is already dismissed?
