US Immigration from Philippines

My case was just reviewed by NVC this Monday (09/27/21) and I got a message saying:

My questions are

• She and her husband is filing jointly. Do I have to submit his husband's w-2 also?
• How long does NVC process or review my case again? I have submitted her w-2's today (09/29/21), does NVC leave my case for now and review it back when this date is on cue?

PLEASE HELP/

Is a print of the approval notice enough? The approval announcement from the USCIS site? Or di we have to wait for the actual GC?

Hello All! My Philippine-born wife is now a US Citizen. I'm helping her get her 2 children (minors) here to the USA. I've read somewhere that we can petition them with the I-130 and subsequently (or at the same time) submit an I-129f. How does this work, the form says for fianc e. The I-129 currently can not be filled online and has to be submitted via mail. If we do intend to file the I-129 does this mean the I-130/I-129 will have to be submitted (via paper mail) concurrently. I guess I'm trying to understand whether or not I can file the I-130 online and still be able to file the I-129 without having to go through a bunch of red tape and extra costs. Hi , I dont see any thread that might be able to help me with my question regarding RFE.

Yesterday I was notified via email that there was a status update on my case. When I opened my CEAC account, I have two new messages saying "Please submit every 2020 W-2/1099 form for joint sponsor 1" and another same message for joint sponsor 2.

Can I just add it on the portal for each? It didn't say upload or mail. It simply says submit.

On the portal under Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence, it says ACCEPTED. Upon clikcing the word accepted it goes to another page where I can find all the submitted documents and the bottom portion has a link to Add Document for Additional AOS Supporting Documentation for JOINT SPONSOR 1.

Also, since this is an additional documentation. Will my case run another 3-4 months before they'll review this again? I was expecting to receive DQ status as we have submitted the complete tax returns where all w-2 and 1099's were also found.

Does anyone know if when applying for the CR-1 do we have to get my wife s passport updated to her married name?
