US Immigration from Philippines

i just need a quick guidance on what my wife and i should be focusing on doing soon.

So my wife and i are thinking of visiting philippines soon and her passport is expiring in 9 months. But ever since pandemic started and her being pregnant and giving birth to our son.

We havent really had the chance to take care of them.

So heres the situation

my wife's name on her passport is still her maiden name. But on her greencard/social and state id she has my last name on all of them already. So i was just wondering, what requirements does she need to be able to renew her passport with after married name?

And btw do i need to legally apply in court for her to change her maiden name to after marriage name? Or i dont have to? Since her social/greencard and state id has been updated already. Sorry i dont really know much about these thing and cant really afford any immigration attorney right now. Hopefully you guys will be able to help me somehow.

And does she have to report to the philippines consulate that she had got married already?

yesterday it was my interview for AOS for my K1. My interview was quite smooth it was only 2 questions asked..unfortunately I was given RFE for my Medical , 1 and 1month old medical records..

when i checked my status online it says

" On October 6, 2021, we cancelled the request for additional evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status,
We will send you a notice if we need additional evidences. "
"Please follow the instructions in the notice. "

What does this mean? what will be the estimated days for this interview decision?

Does she need to do anything with the CFO for her 4 year old daughter?

After 806 days, we finally got good new. She got her appointment letter last Wednesday night (for an appoinment today). Not much time. Luckily, she was still in Batangas. She was in there 2 hours. I will post her review when I get to speak with her later.

No my goal is to get her out of there before the vaccine mandate goes into affect for foreign travelers. I really prefer she gets vaccinated her. Thank you lord.
