US Immigration from Philippines

Dina has her interview tomorrow. She decided to stay in Manila to pick up visa and do CFO before returning to Leyte. I assume it's risky to schedule CFO before having visa in hand. That said, once having the visa, how quickly can she expect to score an open slot?

My wife got her interview and citizenship approval on 2/19/2025 at the Buffalo,NY office and her status still shows "Oath Ceremony will be mailed". We tried a "Non-delivery of notification" on 4/21/2025 but the response was she will be scheduled once an appointment is available. Does anyone have any info on this office timeline or timelines in general? Thank you.

I've filed all of the necessary documents, some photos, letters of reference (I believe that is what they're called), and chat history on September 17th, 2024. The latest progress on USCIS website shows estimated time of three months. We got married 11/24/2023 in her province in the Philippines. Does anyone have any additional advice on an estimated timetable? Or anything I Or we can do to make sure it goes smoothly? She's from the Philippines, but working in Singapore and wants to handle this from the embassy in Singapore. Several people from the Philippines that she knows stated it's easier or more seamless in Singapore. I keep getting conflicting information. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I am preparing for my I-864 and Financial Evidence. One of the financial evidence is the pay stub. Is it correct that I need to submit my 6 month pay stubs? I paid weekly, so in a month I have 4 pay stubs. Do I need to submit those 24 pay stubs to CEAC?
