What's everyone's opinion on bringing a desktop PC (and an Oculus quest 2) on check in for EVA airlines MNL>TPE(4.5hr layover)>SFO? My PC is too heavy for carry on so my only option is check in, I'd rather not leave it behind. What are the chances of theft? And how much does the airline reimburse for missing items if it does get stolen/lost? TIA.

The NOA (797) came really fast. But then I looked up online and saw the average processing time for my service center (Potomac) is 24 months !!! The letter only gives a 24 month extension. Should this be of concern? I can't believe this takes this long. It takes longer than her approval to come here.

Hi All, My mom will have her IR5 interview in Manila next month and I want to know if she will still need my original US marriage certificate? I have uploaded my birth cert, marriage cert, mom s birth cert, dad s death certificate in ceac website and they all show accepted but in the interview Im wondering if I need to send even my orig marriage certificate to the Philippines to bring to the interview. My mom has all the orig documents except my US Marriage Certificate. Also, I have uploaded affidavit of support docs w2, tax returns, etc. do they need it for the interview as well? I dont want my mom to know how much we are making here lol thanks in advance.

Ok, I tried to stay out of it. My ex-wife has decided to marry her boyfriends roommate to help him get citizenship in exchange for cash. She told me about this a couple times and I advised her to step away and not get into anything illegal. Unfortunately she did it, so not only has she committed fraud, she's not going to get paid now. I have our sons interest in mind and would like to keep them from being near that whole situation. Is it wrong of me to try and disconnect thier time together?
