US Immigration from Philippines

Like i promised I came back to update whenever there is an update. I posted a question here on Sept 1 if its possible to expedite my AP, i followed @Family told me to email and contact a congressman, my husband and I talked to their representative, i contacted the embassy in the Philippines we waited and i upload proofs in my uscis account too, its a long 25 days for us when we started it and today few minutes ago our Request was Approved! We still have long way to go but pretty excited since we have a lot of planning to do before leaving the country.

My english is really bad but i thank you VJ for guiding me, we still have long way to go.

Hello! My sibling's case was revoked a year ago, but I still want to know if there has a way for their case. Our father passed away that is why their case was revoked. Please if someone knows what should we do, please help me what to do. Thank you

Can me and my wife claim them as dependents when we file taxes next year even though they would have lived with us fewer than six months of the year (not by choice, but because they only received their visas in August of this year)? I read that there is supposedly an exemption for greencard holder immigrant children or something like that...

I plan to marry my Filipina fianc e this December, then apply for a spouse visa. I know they will question the shortness of our marriage and possibly deny the application. We will have close friends and relatives write letters stating we met in June 2019, that we have met in person that year and due to covid, it has taken this long to be able to get married.

My question is, where do I send the application to once we get to that point. I will be in the Philippines when I send the application in. Does it need to start in the US, or can it be done in the Philippines?

I'm a U.S. Citizen and the petitioner for a I-129F and I just completed my biometrics appointment here at the Las Vegas field office so the Vermont Service Center can continue processing our petition. What is the next step in our petition? I've been told by USCIS Support that once the biometrics is completed the next step is a decision on the case, but I'm just curious if that's right! I'm praying and hoping that a decision is the next step as we've been waiting for more than 2 years for any progress on our petition. Has anyone else ever been requested to do a biometrics as the petitioner, if so pls let me know what happened after biometrics appointment. I know in the past with my last two ex-wives anytime they had to do biometrics that a decision was made with in a couple weeks of completing the biometrics.
