Well another year another month of N-400 submissions. This thread is for all of us that will be filing the N-400 in January 2023. Our window opens up January 3rd and we will be filing January 6th. I was wondering if USCIS sends the beneficiary the NOA2 once the I-130 is approved. I got mine as the petitioner. I was trying to see if the A-number is assigned at this time or not until the green card is issued.

Hello! My 90-day window for filing ROC has started this December. I m curious how long do they usually respond with the Notice of Action that will show you filed ROC thus extending the conditional green card? I m getting ready to send my ROC on the first week of January. My GC expires on March 2. We will be traveling outside of US in the end of January and will be back on March 1. Do I have enough time to receive the notice of action?

We filled for I-130 Petition for Alien Relative, received approval notice, then filled I-485, now came back with RFE needing a I-94 Arrival/Departure Record, he has never set foot here in America. Is this normal? What do i do?

I filed for our K1 visa back in May of 2022..

latest update says it will be end of August before the case is reviewed and it keeps changing to later and later dates..Very frustrating to say the least , it's going on 8 months since we filed..
