We filed the I-751 for 10 year green card and are still waiting for an interview date. I saw that the n-400 can filed 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen and can be filed within 90 days. Is the n-400 rejected if it is filed after the 3 year mark or doesn t it matter if it is filed a couple days or weeks after the three year mark?

Hi all, my wife may be coming during the first half of next year to the US from the Philippines if her visa gets approved. She has been wondering about the Covid Vaccine requirements, does anyone know? I know there are other vaccines required but she was wondering about the Covid one specifically. Also, where would she be getting that vaccine, during her Medical at St. Lukes before the interview? Thank you!

Upon endorsement serves as temporary I-551 evidencing permanent residence for 1 year"

I read that upon entry to US, one will receive a notice from the county health office for an appointment. What are the medical tests to be conducted? Will there be a 3 consecutive sputum collection again?

I have not filed taxes since 2019, taxable income in not enough. My sources of income are:

VA disability (100% P&T, nontaxable)

SSDI (not enough to file taxes)

Military retirement (CRSC, nontaxable)

What documents do I need to provide NVC? I'm I correct that I did to provide VA benefit letter, SSDI benefit letter and CRSC benefit letters along with current pay letters for each.
