I have SSDI, but I still file taxes. I get 25k from the govt. and have an inherited IRA account containing 50k, and my saving account has 70k. Do I need a co-sponsor? This is my most concerning thing moving forward.

My fiance had her NBI appointment last week and they were unable to get the clearance to her because of system issues. Now the follow up appointment they have set is after the interview. She does have a prior clearance that is expired, from about a year ago. She will try to get an emergency appointment sooner, but failing that she will have to reschedule interview, the soonest of which would be 2 months from the original interview date. What our options here aside from waiting another 2 months? Could she use an expired NBI clearance if she explained the situation to the interviewer or is it better we just wait another 2 months. Is there anything we can do to make the NBI get us the clearance sooner?

Hi everyone, I needed some help and guidance. Here is my situation. I currently filed for removal of conditions on my residency. My military spouse recently received orders to be stationed in Italy, I am on his orders authorized to accompany him. My question is, can i file n-400 online? Ive only been a resident for 22months. Is section 319b applicable to my case as basis of application? If so, are there anyone in here went through the same process? What documents we need from military to submit as evidence? We are currently stationed in California and set to move overseas August this year.

I may be taking a teaching job overseas for Department of Defense. I was curious if we are living abroad working for the government will that have any effect on my wife getting her citizenship or keeping her green card due to us living abroad.

we re starting the next leg of this long journey and mom now has an appt at the local US Embassy scheduled. The email that was sent mentioned an MRV fee.

I can t seem to find out how much -if any?- this fee is for an IR-5 visa. i see every other type of visa mentioned for the fee but no IR Visa types.
