US Immigration from Philippines

Does anybody know how long USCIS (NSC) is taking in approving IR 2 visa? I petitioned for my wife's 17 year old son, who is in the Philippines. My receipt date is 3/15/2022....and I was just curious if similar members are seeing these types of extensive delays.

Up to a week ago, I was able to access the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) website but last Thursday I started getting a 403 Forbidden error message.

I have a VPN (which is currently turned off by default because I have a secure WiFi connection), so as an experiment, I tried switching my region from United States to a different country, used HK - and I was able to load the site properly then.

Has anyone encountered this? My mom's interview is in April and I am supposed to help her register, so she can obtain her CFO certificate prior to departure. Changing my region is a last resort for me, it would just be helpful to know how I can address this.

I've been trying to find answers for this for months, and I'd like to post here before consulting with an attorney..

I was married to a US citizen in 2018, divorced in 2020. I filed I-360 then and I finally have my 10 year green card/permanent residency! I've been wanting to go home since I haven't seen my family for so long..

I have one issue, though: my green card is under my married name, and my expired Philippine passport is under my maiden name. I never reported to the Philippine embassy that I got married. I have a couple of questions and concerns:

• If I go to the Philippine consulate (nearest one to me is LA), will I have any issues if I renew my passport? One of the requirements would be the green card, which uses my married name. I'd like to renew my passport still using my maiden name.
• Given that I'm able to renew my passport using my maiden name, when I go on a 2 week vacation in the Philippines and went back to the US with my passport using my maiden name and green card showing my married name (my married last name is hyphenated), will I be grant re-entry if I have a certified copy of the dissolution/divorce?

I'm hoping to have some insights from people who have dealt with the same situation. Thank you all so much!

I married a filipina in the Philippines, we're working on our spouse visa now. She also got pregnant and we're expecting in a few months. Because I'm American, what are the steps I'd need to take to make sure my baby gets US citizenship even though they will be born in the Philippines? Where can I get more information on this subject?
