US Immigration from Philippines

My friends step daughter is here in the US on a B-2 Visa. She is about to marry her Boyfriend and adjust her status. Befor she adjusts she wants to fly her daughter to the US using her daughters Esta Visa so she can adjust with her. I say No because it will be misrepresention at the boarder. Coming to adjust status. Please chime in so she takes this warning I gave her seriously. Thanks

Does anyone know the current wait time for a K1 applicant in Manila?

My wife, as an LPR, petitioned for her unmarried adult daughter. My wife now has her US citizenship. Does she have to contact USCIS to change the petition to an unmarried adult child of a US citizen? If so, how can she do this as it is nearly impossible to get through to USCIS? My wife is worried that she needs to follow all of the rules or else. Thanks.

I was married 1/28/2023 in sagay, Philippines Our marriage was registered. 1/30/2023 and we did not expedite. Is it too late to expedite at LCR?

I'm working on the I-129F petition. I was born in a foreign country and both of my parents are US citizens. I have a consular report of birth abroad (FS-240). Is that the same thing as a certificate of citizenship for question 41? Do I put yes to that question and answer 42a-c?
