US Immigration from Philippines

Since there is no divorce in the Philippines, if a person comes from the Philippines to America and lives or works here etc, can they file for a divorce here.

To clarify...the last part for each child you list here asks:

"Is this child applying with you?"

What should be the answer for a K2 Follow To Join situation where the child has not yet moved to the US?

For my timeline, 412198, I receive an error when entering in the date 2023-06-02.

Only way to resolve the issue was to remove the entry. Any suggestions?

Hello, I apologize ahead of time if this is the wrong topic to be posting in. My fiance and I are finally at the point where she can enter the US. I was wondering when we get to immigration do I go with her to the non US passport line or do I go separate to the US passport line and wait until she is finished?

I've already submitted documents for Immigrating Spouse's I-864 and DS-260, which documents are needed to submit for Stepchild for DS-260? I've already uploaded his I-864. What other documents are required for an immigrating child with Mother?

I know I need to Submit:

1. Passport Bio Page

2. Birth Certificate

3. Passport Photo

4. ?????

5. ?????

6. ?????

7. ?????

I've already read the NVC's page, but don't see anything else than what I've already uploaded above. Am I missing anything?
