Support question

I m about to bring my fianc to the US. My only question is with the affidavit of support. About two and a half years ago both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer about two months apart. Long story short with all of the appointments and everything I paused my career to care for them and make sure they got to all off their specialists etc. I have about 500k in assets and no debt. Most of this is in my home value. I just recently started back at work where I ll make 8-15k per month. I m worried that the lack of income over that period will be a problem. I can get another sponsor but I d rather not if possible. Thoughts? Also my dad passed and my mom is doing great.

Wife is going to interview in May, having been married over 2 years. Is an AOM required for US Citizen? And if so, where would that need to be picked up? Thanks

We came to the US at the same time on a K1 and K2 visa. Got 2 years conditional residency and we are in the process of filing an ROC for me and my child.

Do we have to fill up two (2) G-1145 form for me and my child?

So we can get notified at the same time?

Or we only do 1 I-751 and G-1145 form?

Thanks VJ

I was told if I did not get a call by April 3, that would mean it is neg and to then go on April 8 for my immunizations and psyc. Has anyone had the results of no phone call and then followed with other stuff? Also, how long does layover in USA need to be to do our immigration?

Hello, Filipino beneficiary here. My medical is in about 2 weeks.

What are some exact things I should do to avoid the dreaded sputum test? In general I am taking notes of healthy habits (proper diet, exercise, sleep), but specifically speaking, how do I totally eliminate the risk of being a victim of the sputum test nightmare?

I ve heard of honey and ginger tea benefits online but would appreciate tips from you guys here instead, especially those who already went through the process. Thank you.
