US Immigration from Philippines

We received receipts for everyone like this today. Cards have not been received yet, They will not mail them to PI will they? Or are they for the visas mailed in October, but why are we just getting the receipts now?

My fiance is missing the Certified duplicate of the I-129F form. How do we request a copy, and how long does it take to send it?

Can they send it via email?

Still feels slightly surreal that my visa got approved and we're like, now what?

So my questions are:

1. When would I likely receive (via LBC) the passport and sealed packet in terms of working days after the interview?

2. Can I make an appointment for CFO now even if I don't have my passport yet?

3. Say I have my passport with the visa, is it easy to set an appointment for CFO? I mean when choosing a date like the next day?

It would be a bummer if the available slot is next week similar to that of NBI Clearance appointment.

Due to the Red Tape of scheduling the K1 Visa Appointment and redundancy in processing, her medical exam might expire. I can't seem to find what the cost would be for the renewal. St. Luke does not reply to inquiries. Please share if you experience.

How does the beneficiary indicate if they use a nickname for their given name? The option for other names requires you to write other "given" name AND "surname", but in my fiancee's case it is only her "given" name that is the nickname. Her surname is the same. I am left with only three options: write her normal surname in "other surname" and include the nickname; write "none" in "other surname" and include the nickname; or not include this information at all. Neither of these options seems the most ideal!

Anyone else have this issue?
