US Immigration from Philippines

My current status is that I have followed my father (K1 married) to U.S. after 6 months but he did not file his AOS yet. We are doing it together now.

My question is, should we have a separate Form I-864? What tips should we also consider about our case? Thank you.

My wife and I went down to the local Walgreens to get some passport photos for the I-485. We were half paying attention but by the time is was done we realized the picture was kinda bad. The employee didn't do a good job on it. Too much shadows on the face and somewhat poor lighting in the background. My wife later suggested we use the passport photo copies she still has left over. Those are the ones she used for the DS-160 and interview right before she came over to the US. Photos are under six months old. I was wondering if using them is a bad idea.

To clarify...the last part for each child you list here asks:

"Is this child applying with you?"

What should be the answer for a K2 Follow To Join situation where the child has not yet moved to the US?

Question: what happen if you got married under k1 visa if you failed to submit i485 in 90 days? I m asking for a friend

This week we will finally mail my children's AOS paperwork and now I looked at VJs checklist and other topics that I need to provide a copy of my Affidavit of Suppport (K1/AOS)where my children are listed? Is this necessary? I couldn't find my Affidavit of Support copy instead my husband fill up each their own I-864 and I will be providing a copy of my greencard.
