My wife's USCIS account shows her naturalization interview is scheduled for early September and the letter was mailed July 30th. We moved July 24th (one county over) and made the change of address within the 10-day window. I established USPS mail forwarding weeks before our move and set the date to July 24th, and that appears to be functioning properly for other types of mail. However, the PDF version of her interview notice is showing the old address. The same scenario happened when we moved three years ago and it seemed like USPS mail forwarding caught everything except the USCIS notification. Fortunately, the previous tenant at that location was kind enough to give it to our previous landlord. Currently, I was able to get access to our previous mailbox via the leasing office, but found no USCIS letter. I am seeing online that some people are able to show up to the interview with a printed copy of the interview letter with no issues. My concern is that the letter shows our previous address. Has anyone experienced this same scenario? I searched the forums, but only found folks who printed the letter with their current address.

Hello good morning Could you please help me by clarifying what it says here? I don't understand very well the first part about the classifications that he tells me, I provided enough evidence but now he asks me for evidence after we are married, I understood that but in the part that says "in visa petition proceedings, it is the petitioner's burden to establish eligibility for the requested immigration benefit sought under the INA. See matter of brantigan, 11 I&N Dec 493, 495 (BIA 1966) Title 8, code of federal regulation (8 CFR) , section 103.2(b). you must demonstrate that the beneficiary can be classified as your spouse. see 8 CFR 204.2(a)" also says To demonstrate that an individual is eligible for approval as the beneficiary of a petition filed under INA 201(b)(2)(A)(i), a petitioner must: -Establish a bona fide spousal relationship with the beneficiary: and -Establish that eh or she is a U.S. citizen (USC) or lawful permanent resident (LPR) It also mentions the section "201(b)(2)(A)(i)" I already reviewed all my documents and at no time did I put "201(b)(2)(A)(i)." Why did they put that there? I don't understand anything Could you please explain to me? Thank you so much

hello I recently received my EAD card, I read all the documents they sent me but I am a little confused. Can I work with EAD card directly? Don't I need something else to verify my status? For example. I already have my EAD card, in two weeks I will receive my social security number, with that it is sufficient proof that I can work and how do I prove that my documents are in process? I usually carry with me copies of the letters that USCIS sends me about my cases, my passport and my old social security number. I also read that the employer must fill out Form I-9, there he is aware of my legal process and my status? I looked for information on the USCIS website but I'm still not very clear. The back of the card says "this card is not evidence of U.S. citizenship or permanent residence" I understand that there but what can I use to prove that I can be in the USA while my papers are in process? the EAD card? USCIS letters? Other than that, after getting my EAD, what's next? If you need anything else so that you can help me, I will gladly let you know. Thank you.

hello I would like to know if I can appeal my adjustment of status case? What happens is that I sent the document a week ago but to the wrong address and I have until the 21st of this month to send everything, I sent my documents to the Chicago lockbox and it was another address. I'm waiting for them to be returned (if they are returned) It gives me the option of uploading it online but they ask me for the medical and vaccination form, which is only one and cannot be opened. I was thinking of uploading everything I have and explaining that I will send the papers by mail, I just need time to send the documents thank you.

If you already have paid for the biometrics for your work authorization (already approved) do you need to send the fee again for the biometrics on the adjustment of status?
