  1. I understand that, we just are wondering if we need to pay the biometrics again. It's only 100 bucks so we will just send it
  2. We already have work authorization via VHP the parole program. We are adjusting status via marriage.
  3. If you already have paid for the biometrics for your work authorization (already approved) do you need to send the fee again for the biometrics on the adjustment of status?
  4. Little bit of background, me and my fiance filed for a k1 back in January of 2022, still waiting on approval. However she is Venezuelan so we applied for the parole program and we were approved came to the USA together in January of 2023. We are planning on getting married in August, what forms do we need to file for AOS. Is it the i130 and i485 together? Or is it just the i485 alone? Thanks for the help.
  5. You could file for advanced parole if your significant other needs to travel while waiting for their green card. Not sure what the form number is off the top of my head. However you can file the i765 online, after your partner gets to the USA. We did ours the day we arrived.
  6. I765 we filled it out together. But it's all her info
  7. I am guessing the program gets shut down mid may or so.
  8. My wife was approved in about 2 1/2 months we are now waiting on her mom.
  9. There is a preliminary injunction hearing on April 25th 99% chance the judge grants it. Might take a month or so for him to rule but this is going to get shut down. So everyone needs to get their papers in now.
  10. This is probably why the I-134a program is going to get canceled. Hopefully my mother in law gets approved prior to the April 25th hearing.
  11. Thanks, we are just waiting on her work authorization, you are always waiting on something with immigration...lol.
  12. Arrived with my wife on Jan 28th took less than 20 mins to get thru customs in Orlando.
  13. can you just meet in a diffent country say Colombia or panama?
  14. You should get an email the next day. Login and check the status.
  15. Its completely random how they get approved. My wife talks to a lot of her friends and watches videos from a bunch of Venezuelans and the time of approval is different for everyone.
