Hi, any updates on your EAD?
Hi, no, still waiting…what about you?
Same here. still waiting
@netsinb @Mer2050
Hi! I was waiting for the EAD and was scared seeing no approvals in Visajourney after the Shutdown for people adjusting from K1. I had seen this timelines and recalled these comments, so decided to leave this here in case it may help:
Out of curiosity, I just logged into MysUSCIS and saw the approval for EAD in the EAD documents tab (I-765), it had been there for a day already, but no notification was sent to my email.
I know this is a very long shot and probably I was just very very lucky, but I wanted to leave it here in case it could help any of you.
I hope yours come as soon as possible.
@MarioandMaria Thank you for the update. Unfortunately, there's been no update on my end. About a month or so is what I have seen it take for EAD approvals recently. Congratulations on the approval!
Oh, sorry to hear that. Thank you and I hope yours gets approved soon!
@MarioandMaria thank you! I just check my profile and still not news, I’m glad about your approval

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
