I have a friend who came on IR1 visa 6 months ago but he is going back to emergency Pakistan for 4 months. Is there any problem travel just in 6 month's got green card?

So this is an update and interview review for k1 visa people if anyone needs it.

My cousin, who is also my brother's fiance, had her interview today and this is what she told me. There was a long wait time. They didn't ask for any documents from her and just the questions. My brother's salary is enough so I guess they didnt take anything from her except her birth certificate and that too copy.

Anyways following questions were asked from her:

Where does he work?

Where does he live?

Are you married before?

Is he married before?

Have you visited outside pakistan?

How is he related to you?

Who is calling you?

What is your fiance salary?

Do you have any pictures?

How many siblings are you and your fiance?

Then he asked her if she knows the rules when she gets to usa and she said no so they said it is okay and gave her a paper to read them over and then told her that she got the visa. In the end she asked them 2 questions: when will she have to travel and when will her 90 days start and this is what the CO told her: minimum visa is for 90 days and max is 6 months and she will know when she gets the visa in hand and for the second one they said her 90 days start the day she gets the visa (issue date). That was it. She got her visa and now she will be getting the passport back in 2 weeks time I guess. Thanks to everyone for help.

Hello. My wife (sponsor) has her nephew in her guardianship. So would that be a family of two as of currently or would that be considered a family of 3, including me? And would she be requiring to show the minimum income for the household of 2 people or 3 people while sponsoring me?

I have applied for spouse visa last year in April 2020, case has been documantarily qualified since January 2021. I tired reaching out to NVC and they are saying "I just have to wait for Islamabad embassy to give me interview date". My concern is how long do I have to wait, and how do I contact Islamabad embassy? Is it okay to contact the embassy to expedite the process or at least find out how much longer is it going to take?. Please, help me with suggestions.
