My husband's citizenship interview was scheduled (yay!) one week before my due date. We're feeling a bit nervous about this timeline and worried about him missing the interview if baby decides to come on that day/time. Does anyone know what our options the day of are? For example, if we don't try to reschedule but then I go into labor that day before his interview. Any possibility to notify them or reschedule the same day? Will we have to just re-file and start the whole N400 process over again?

We really don't want to reschedule in advance because we've obviously waited a long time for the interview, but it might be a better alternative than having to refile. Field office is Newark. Thanks!

It has currently been a month and a week since I submitted RFE. The RFE consisted of I-944 (which is now removed), and the birth certificate (which they had probably lost from the original packet). What is the procedure?

I also see a place on the website for Case Inquiry. Is that what I want to do? Do they even look at it within a week?

So i was living in my parents home when i applied for N400. Now i am moving to different state. But i am expecting my interview to be in next two or three months. Should i change my address to new state or give interview in the same state where i applied. Can that be a problem that i am living in one state and just came back for interview.

Embassy took my first interview in August 2019. And then they call me again for Second interview in October 2020. In February embassy mail me for medical examination, visa photos and w-2 from joint sponsor. I submitted all those documents 20 days before. Today when I check my status they put me for Administrative processing. Before my status was Refused. Please tell me what is going on with my case.
