I believe we are in the same process. I would love to chat with you more and discuss if you have heard anything?

No RFE received for my petition. However I incorrectly inputted a AOS section where I was supposed to leave blanks and luckily due to new changes, the petition will still be forwarded to NVC and no I864 required.

We are definitelly in the same process. I made the same mistake when I filled for my I130 form populating section 62 which has no haulted my process for moving forward- How can I get this resolved? I am literally in stress right now typing this. My I130 form was approved March 17th 2025. Any help would greatly be appreciated. My number +92-326-011-8814. Or you can reach me at +1571-379-9059. Whatsapp.

I have submitted my request to many agency with USCIS and still have not heard anything regarding re-routing of my application to NVC from adjustment of status in the USA. All they told me is- please file I864.

I’m now DQ at NVC. Waiting for interview letter maybe during Ramadan 2026.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
