US Immigration from Pakistan

Hi Everyone

For the DS160, does anyone know if a work based visa for the UAE would be considered permanent residence? Not sure if the answer for "Are you a permanent resident of a country/region other than your country/region of origin (nationality) listed above?" should be yes or no based on a work based visa

i need desperate help.
I am a CR1 applicant ,DQ on 7th july 2021.
as i am a uk resident but a pakistan national .
i transferred my case to london embassy from islamabad on 27th august.
i have been following the thread for IL for UK allicants and it seems that ppl with DQ date august 2021 have recieved IL.
i didnt recieve any interview letter yet.
what should i do.
should i just wait for another month OR
should i put an inquiry to NVC or Embassy regarding this.
any help will be greatly appreciated

Hello everyone. How are you all? I hope everyone is fine. I filled my concurrent application i130, i485 and i765. It's been 10 months already for the EAD and I still don't have it. But I was working on OPT before my adjustment of status and waiting on my EAD renewal on c09 for almost 10 months. I have done the biometrics recently. I have a questions?

1) My brother in law who's sponsor me on i864a earns less money and I want to include myself as a supporting household member as an intending immigrant to include my income on the sponsors i864 (which is my wife in this case) but I am waiting on EAD renewal and working a job making 54k annual paying all the taxes, but it will be forgiven as per uscis policy manual. So can I include my income? The dhs is going to come after my employer and fine him for hiring me on my i797c and I already surpassed 180 days afrer my OPT expiring date and waiting on EAD renewal.

I got my cr1 visa and travelled to us on 11 July 2021.

On 7 September I called the USCIS just to check with my green card if it was mailed out or not?

Officer told me that they sent out file to production center 4 days before and the officer gave me the different reciept number for green card. This reciept number is different from what we got initially.

Anyone has any idea what is that mean??

How long should it take to get green card in the mail??
