Hi Everyone. I need your input on the following questions of mine.

1- My sponsor's dad died a few years back, Should we write anything in "What is their city/town of residence & "What is their country of residence" or should we leave it blank since he isn't alive anymore?

2- My sponsor has no record of her dad's date of birth since she was a Somalian refugee when she moved to USA 20 years ago. Should we leave this space for "Dad's date of birth" blank?

3- Should we write my (beneficiary's) postal address here or should I leave it blank since it says that if the beneficiary lives outside US then we can leave it blank?

4- Should we write my (beneficiary's) name again here? We have already mentioned it before, or should we leave it blank? TIA

You can enter "deceased" for residence.  You can enter "Unknown" for the date of birth.

We can not do that in the online submission, its country only on the "residence" or numbers only in "date of birth" .. but we can leave them blank however in such case?

Dont leave anything in blank. They can ask for RFE. If it is unknown just put N/A .

That is one of the issues with the online version.  Anything you leave blank might look like you just didn't enter the  information.
