US Immigration from Pakistan

My F3 visa interview is conducted on 25th july 2019 and CO gave us a 221g form and asked for a joint sponser while we already have given one but she asked anyway. She didn't marked new joint sponser on 221g just joint sponser. The joint sponser which we already have given has income more than enough for 4 members. Now if i gave them joint sponser then how much time they are gonna take to review...Any kind of help would be highly appreciated.

I received admission for a Masters program in Engineering this Fall. I applied for my visa on the 25th of June, 2019.

The interview went smooth. The VO asked me questions about my brother who's on an H1B, and then about my program. At the end he kept my passport but handed me a yellow slip, asking for my CV + advisor's CV + research plans. I submitted them within 24 hours and received an automated acknowledgement email.

It's been ~45 days now. My classes start on the 26th of August. A couple of friends told me they were on an F-1 AP but their cases were resolved in 30 days. On similar Facebook groups I saw most F1 cases from India resolved quickly.

I did some research and this seems like a background/security check in Washington. Has anyone here gone through the same process? Can it take longer than 1.5 months for a student visa? Since classes are starting very soon I need to inform my school about a possible deferral.

I need guidance regarding my f3 visa immigration case. Today 25th july 2019 i had interview at US embassy Islamabad. Interview officer asked some questions to primary applicant and at the end she said we have all what we need from you and handed over form 221g mentioning that your sponsor's income statement is less, so you need a joint sponser. But we already have a joint sponser whose income is absolutely according to NVC requirements she didn't take a look at his docs. (If she needs another joint sponser than she may ask to get another joint sponser as there is an option of this on 221g form but she didn't) and she just told us to leave and my son is going to be 21 in October and we are family of 4 members. I need help please someone guide me

I had my Interview done on 12th December 2018, and the Consular officer was very friendly and nice to other people but she was very rude with me, Since my Wife is 21 year old Caucasian American born she was very suspicious about the marriage, despite providing everything we could , she rejected my brother in law ( also a Caucasian ) as my Joint sponsor , she did not let me speak properly , or let me ask any questions .. She did not even see any documents or Evidence i brought with me , she took 25 mins to conduct my interview and ask very stupid questions , later she give me piece of paper and mark 1) Joint sponsor 2) Additional Pictures 3) Chat History , which i provided in Feb 2019 , I also got a Questionnaire back in Feb for some Additional information which i sent the same day . Since than i haven't heard anything from them, every time i send an inquiry they just sent an automatically Generated Email by saying this ..

Your immigrant visa case is refused for administrative processing, an integral part of the visa adjudication and issuance process that can neither be neither expedited nor waived. this is the standard email i get every time i send an online inquiry , I have no idea why its taking that long , they keep my Passport and they have it since 12th December 2018 . After some research me and my wife finds out that no one was put under AP for that long, and so we decided to do something about it, We Contacted my Wife's State Senator Lindsey Graham and explain everything to him , he say he will be responding to us soon, Also if the Senator can not do anything we are not planning to go for WOM , Writ of Mandamus .. Cause we both believe that the US embassy is been discriminatory towards us as my Wife is White Christian converted to Muslim , 21 years old , and I am 28 years old Muslim guy .

Does anyone have been put in AP for that long ? Please share your story with me so i can have an idea how long my AP will take .

I have 2 US citizen child age is 21 year old .US Embassy giving me and my hausband Life Time bar to enter USA do I qualify for I-601 waiver? That show my children faceing hardship.
