hello everyone, please i need help

my work authorization under C31 got approved but when I received the card the category says C9, the receipt number on the card is for my C31 filed. is that a mistake from USCIS.

How do I solve the issue. Thank you.

Hello, how's everyone's day going? I submitted N400 recently based on military basis, I will be going to military bootcamp around early august and won't be back till late December, what would happen if I'm scheduled for interview while still in bootcamp? Has anyone ever come across this situation? Thanks and have a great day

I have an interview date scheduled (Adjustment of Status from K1 Visa). I know USCIS accepts the Medical done overseas within 1 year but my overseas medical was done (March 2021) and my interview is (May 2022). Do I need to submit the i693 form ? I have a copy of the DS-3025 but I was told during my medicals that I may need to take more vaccines when I get to the US but I am not certain what needs to be done if anything . I would appreciate some advice.

Pls I received notification from embassy to schedule immigrant visa appointment online, I have been checking the portal for the past one week, no available appointment date yet, does anybody knows how long it take consulate to release interview slot online.

My husband and I case has been stuck at in Lagos NVC for over a year now. Our priority date is Jan 24th 2021 we have been waiting for an interview for a long time does anyone have any idea on when they will be sending out an interview dates and times? This wait is ridiculous and way too long I thought the embassy was moving faster. In the mean time I filed a 129F form for a K3 visitors visa I just got a letter today saying it was denied because they already approved my husbands 130 form. Is there any way around this wait? It's getting pricey to keep traveling from the US to Nigeria every 4-5 months I'm getting worn out. I need some positive vibes & energy today I'm a little bit discouraged. I'm just ready to start my life with my husband in the states already *sigh*
