US Immigration from Nigeria

Got the 221G form to submit sponsor's 2021 tax transcript even though I had it with me. Also, we are to find a joint sponsor which we both know we do not have. However, what we do have is over $70k in savings. How do we use this rather than a joint sponsor even though a joint sponsor is what was specifically asked for.

About a month ago I zelled $1500 to retain a lawyer this person has my case number my husbands passport everything pertaining to our case. Come to find out this person wasn't a lawyer they lied and stole my money and has since ghosted me. I have the option to dispute the payment through my bank and get my money back, but I'm afraid that this person will try and retaliate and log back into my case and possible delete information to mess up and prolong our process which we've been waiting a year and a half for our interview. Can anyone give me any advice on how to handle this situation? I've tried calling the USCIS, but they are no longer taking any calls......and please don't judge me or say anything negative on my status If you can't give me any positive input then please politely keep scrolling with all due respect.......Thank you

Hey Everyone!! I really need some guidance. I just got out of the military from Italy where I met my fiance who is Nigerian . I am currently 7 mo pregnant and living in the US. My question is if my fiance comes on the tourist visa can we start the the K-1 visa while he's here? I know they said he cant change his visa status "intentionally" and with a baby and all it'll be pretty hard not to prove we didn't plan it lol. Also if we do start the K-1 visa process can he just come back and forth every 6 months? We really want to be together during this time and do plan on getting married, I just wanna know the best way to get him here so he can meet his baby before 2-3 years pass :( thank you for any possible help!

I got my approval for my K1 petition April 19th, I have yet to get an email or mail about my case number. My beneficiary is from Nigeria and we were with the Cali service center? Anyone know what's the current processing time with that? Already submitted an inquiry through email, nvc isn't accepting phone calls at

I never thought i will asking this question on visa journey but here i am. Due to irreconcilable differences, i will be filing for divorce. We were married in july 2019 and will be filing for divorce tomorrow. My questions are, i am in the 90 days window to file, i know i will be filing with a divorce waiver.

Do i send the petition off without a divorce degree? or have to wait before i file for divorce before sending off the petition?

Also, i am using same address as before, will this be a problem?
