I received the email from the NVC saying our case has been forwarded to the embassy but when I try to login it says I need an invoice ID, it is not on the email and you cannot call the NVC, so how do I find this??

Please I need to clarify something as am filing the 1-864. Am I supposed to send bank statements along with the packet? Yes, I have gotten employment verification and I have printed my last 6 months paystubs.

Also, we have a 7 year old k2, on the 864 on Part 3. It asked if one is sponsoring another family members immigrating at the same time with principal immigrant. Does that mean one 1-864 is good for both of them or I have to fill a separate one for each person? All forms are going together in one packet, which includes AOS and EAD.

Wanted to ask a question about how everyone else timeline is going.... I filed for my paperwork for my husband Jan 2021 priority date Jan24th 2021everything was submitted and accepted on the computer online (green checks) by July 2021 however we didn't get the email that we were DQ until October 202. Our case has been at the NVC since March 2021 I check my case often and the case hasn't moved since then. Has anyone filed around the time I did or have a similar timeline as me and have gotten an interview? Or has your case moved? This seems like it's taking forever I hear that we are close though......

Please I need to clarify something with you real quick. My fiance came in with one of his children and they are both in the process to submit 1-485 applications. My question is, do we need to fill a packet solely for her.

Secondly, I will be filling the form for her if she has to... does she need to sign Applicant section? I believe I will be filling the preparer's section.

Lastly, does she have to use her dad's A number on her packet or we leave it blank?
