To be a bit more proactive my husband was planning on getting his police certificate and medical certificate end of the year. My primary question is long are both certificates valid for. FYI He is currently abroad in Nigeria.

Hello,

I am new to the process and a bit confused on the I-864. First, when exactly do you file the affidavit of support and will it be submitted online or via mail to a USCIS office? Second, for the last 3 years tax return, do you have to make the annual requirement for all 3 years or just the most recent year?

Hello everyone, I just got married to my husband and we are filling our documents for adjustment of status (green card, work permit and i130). We lived here in Lexington Kentucky USA , can any one help with the USCIS lockbox address. I mean the address to send our documents to and any other information that will be of help to us. Thanks

My form I-751 is pending. I applied for N-400 July 26th, by N-400 interview is November 7th 2022.
1. Will I be having a combo interview?

2. Do I have to go with my spouse?

3. Form I-797C states that I come to the appointment with my spouse s birth or naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship. Can I go with my spouse s US passport?

Can someone with a Student VISA in Canada apply for K1

Goodday all, I am a US citizen but my fianc e is studying in Canada, She still has a valid student visa till DEC 2023. I will like to file a k-1 visa for her but I want to be sure If she can go to the US embassy in Canada or she will have to go to the embassy in her home country when the time for interview comes. She is not a Permanent resident of Canada, she is just a student studying there.
