US Immigration from Nigeria

I have been documentarily qualified for more than a year and I am still waiting to get a visa interview date.. The NVC keep telling me to be patience, that they are working with the local embassy more than a year now...what do I do?

Good day, please our I130 is being delayed we filed since 23rd August, 2021. It s 15 months now and no response. We are about to send K-3 visa forms out but we don t know the right address to mail them to. Kindly help please

In September, we received our interview letter from NVC for November. However, I was under the impression that the case status should say "transit" and not "ready" especially this close to our interview date. Is it suppose to say ready? If not, when should it be expected to change?

So, when I was still a permanent resident 4years ago. Spouse filled a ds-160 and although he said we were married and included my name in the ds-160, he put in his address as my address and clicked no that he has no relative in the U.S - and he was going to a friend s wedding. The visa was refused. Issue is now our ir1 interview is upcoming in a few weeks. I m concerned that his No answer to having a spouse/relative in the u.s may be charged as misrepresentation. Should we be worried?
