US Immigration from Nigeria

Good morning VJ'S I and my wife submitted all our civil documents and the status against them says accepted. But, the wrote a message to is that it's missing. We opia new tab and uploaded it again. Please can someone help us to understand what that means?

(1) please what form do i need to submit in other to adjust my wife status with travel and work document, she came as a student

(2) do i need to send it online or mailing

(3) how much is the sending fee for each document

I am a Nigerian marrying a USA woman but I ever since I arrived here it has been from one verbal abuse to the other..But the worst happened on the 17 of February the day she physically pushed me out of our house,with no clothes neither do I have my vital documents which include my passport, certificates

,permanent resident card,debit credit card, and no phone for contact,

I invited the police but they said they could not do anything except if I can obtain a warrant of arrest because of the physical abuse and threat to my life.I have called domestic violent hot line and I am waiting to consult with the local offices of the resource persons on domestic violent on Monday for legal aid.

please,I want to be properly advised on what to do since she is threatening me with deportation and she boasted to my younger brother that she has burnt my green card and my Nigerian passport.I want to know what my options are going forward.
I have limited funds to pursue the case as I just came back from burning my mum two weeks ago.

I filed for my parent December 2021 and finally got a response this week. The response was that the birth documents I sent was not reliable. My birth certificate didn't have my first name on it because it was issued before I was officially named 7 days after being born. I had also sent a document from my local government but that was deemed unreliable - the letter said "USCIS does not consider a birth document issued by the Oyo State of Nigeria Local Government Registrar as sufficient primary proof of the claimed family relationship".

Other evidence was suggested to be sent including a DNA test but when I called to have DNA done, they said it can't be done since the embassy at Lagos stopped getting DNA samples since COVID. My parent would have had to have her sample sent to Lagos embassy while I do mine here.

Would it be OK if I can get a birth certificate amendment from the hospital I was born? Church records were also suggested. Will the baby dedication record be OK?

Please advice on documents that will be considered reliable.

I am currently awaiting my removal of conditions, I submitted in August so I know I have a long way to go. For the past three years, my wife and I filed married filing jointly but this year our tax advisor advised we file married filing separately so we don t owe the government a lot of money. Do you think this will affect my case in the future?
