US Immigration from Nigeria

Hi people, I need some guidelines pls. I am a GC holder in the United States and I recently just got married last December.

My husband lives in Europe(CZech republic) and is a student doing his masters, almost rounding up and is thinking of doing his PHD in the US because we thought about me filing for him and It d take more than 2yrs before he comes into the country.

We ve been together for 3yrs and we re tired of being separated from each other, we are looking for ways to be together.

My question is, should we go ahead and start the filing process or should we go ahead and look for schools in the US for PhD before starting the filing process? Is it going to be complicated if I we start filing before he gets a school for PHD?

He went for an interview in December in order to attend a conference in Jan and got denied because he was told he didn t have strong ties in CZech. He has a stable job and is also a student. I don t want us to make mistakes that s why I m asking. Please somebody help. I have until 2026 before I become a citizen. Thank you in Advance.

I was also invited for second interview at Lagos embassy on December 2023 at FPU , which I and my US wife was interviewed but couldn t hear anything from them till now. Please what next only those have been to this situation. We actually have age differences of 20years

I filed my i130 online in November. I forget to add chat logs. Is it too late to go back and add them?

I am a Nigerian, and my husband who is an American citizen filed for me in May 2023. Our case is still pending, we are still waiting for the USCIS to approve our i-130 petition. What about you?
