Still no NOA1 (Split)

Hi. I submitted my adjustment of status and employment authorization in February with money order and haven’t gotten the receipt notice. What could be going on?

Follow the money has Money Order been cashed yet. NOA1 usually comes within 30 days. Did you also include a G-1145 so you get E-notification from the Lockbox when they received it?

When exactly in February did you file? It can take 6 weeks to get a letter from USCIS.

 

In terms of EAD card, it'll be probably September - November when receive it. If you were out of status when you filed, maybe even longer

Thank you so much. Yes, I checked. The money order has been cashed but I didn’t include a G1145(my mistake).

 I am not out of status, it got to the lockbox on February 12th.

Not a big deal. Half of the time message is never sent even if people include G-1145. It's either an issue with USCIS IT system or carriers block message as spam.
