Translation needed?

Hi my dear VJ members!

I should be receiving my packet 3 soon, so I'm preparing everything for my interview. I am Dutch, but the embassy in the Netherlands is no longer doing the interviews, so I have to go to Germany, Frankfurt to be exact.
Normally, you don't have to translate any documents that are either in English or the language that your embassy location speaks. However, I speak Dutch, they speak German.

I have my birth certificate, but it's in multiple languages. It'll say
Staat (Dutch), tat (French, Staat (German), Country (English) etc etc.
Everything is listed in multiple languages that way. Would I still need to translate it? A member from VJ told me I'd have to, but I'd like to make sure as it's gonna cost 25 bucks per page, and if I can save those costs, I'd rather save them haha.

DS-160 issue - Travel History

Hey all, so I am filling in my DS-160 and i am having an interesting issue - my travel history is too long.
The form asks you to fill in all travel history and my I-94 runs all the way to 2016. I made a lot of short trips (7 days or so) to see my fianc , so my list is long.

The issue is that the form won't make me generate enough entries for me to fill in all my trips. I've started with my most recent trips and worked my way back.

Will this issue be a problem if I explain it during my interview?
Has anybody else experienced this?

Questions on Supporting Evidence for I-134

Hi,

Next week I will have my interview at the US consulate in Frankfurt.

All documents are collected, copied, translated etc.

i think something important is missing. The bank statement.

Do we abolutely need to collect ALL the evidence mentionen in the section on Supporting Evidence in the intrusctions of the I-134?

We have the I-134 and to go with it, the 1040 and W2, Paystubs of the last year, and a statement from his employer stating his jobfunction, pay and his permanent potition.

Now for the bank statement: the instructions clearly say it needs to be from an officer of the bank who will provide information such as when the account was opened, the money deposited in the account and its current balance.

..... instead he send me a print of a statement of account with all the deposits and withdrawals / payments from the last month. Of course i brought it up, but he wont hear it.

He says everything he send me already will be sufficiant and that he is sure they will believe he makes enough to support me financially. I mean, He does by far but that not the point. Point is it needs to be proven.

Is my fianc now being stubborn or am i worrying too much and will it indeed be fine? I feel this is going to end up in a refusal or at least AP and we have to send it anyway.

Only a week left to prepare. I am lost on what to do now.

And yes, we started well in time collecting stuff.

Packet 3 letter states K1 applicants MAY fill out form I-134, OR submit evidence they wont become a public charge... Any one who has already had their interview in Frankfurt who did this without the I-134? it sounds optional.

Need medical/ I-693 for K1 AOS when filing vaccination waiver?

I am not sure if I have to file I-693 with my AOS. I completed my medical in The Netherlands in January with the exception of my vaccinations. I had my vaccinations as a child but not after 1990 and I do not intend to get any on religious grounds so I will file form I-601. Do I still need a civil surgeon to sign I-693 for me? Seems a bit redundant since they will not perform a medical exam on me, neither will they be completing my vaccinations. Does anyone know? I called one CS so far to ask but the woman on the phone kept insisting the doctor wouldn't sign anything unless I paid $500+ and get a full medical exam again. That seems strange, why get one overseas at all if that would be the case?

I am not sure now if I should just send in form I-601 with my AOS or if I need the I-693. I did read I could send I-693 in later if needed. Any information would be appreciated!

HELP Sealed package from consulate opened AFTER enty?

I am not sure if I have an issue now. I arrived in the States on a K1 in April, got married last week and am about to send in my AOS. I never received a copy of my medical exam and I still had the sealed envelope I got from the consulate with my paperwork that they did not ask for at the POE so I opened it to make copies of my medical exam. Then I got stressed and searched this forum and saw I should have brought it in still (sealed) and that they can only be resealed by the consulate which is now thousands of miles away. What do I do? What are my options? Does anyone know what I should do?
