Hey hello, its me again I have been reading experiences from others here, and i get mixed info again, so...Questions, Do i have to make a note somewhere in my booking for my flight to the states that i will be traveling on a K1? Do i maybe have to say this at the desk when i go to check in at the day of my flight? In Which line do i stand at the port of entry? Citizens or other? I Just also Checked the status of My ESTA, It is somehow still Valid and i now wonder if there may be any confusion down the line. For some reason i feel i need to wear a Neon sign alerting everyone im using a K1 How does this part work?

   Hi my dear VJ friends!
 Hope you're all well.
I am 10000% already worrying way too early. But because my consulate is outside of my country (Germany when I'm Dutch) I'm nervous something will go wrong with the mail. My case was marked ready 10 days ago, which is not a long time, so I'm not really worried yet. But I was wondering, is there a point where I should contact the consulate to check if something went wrong? I don't mind waiting, but I just want to know at what point I should worry.

Hi all, so I got a verbal approval for the visa, and now am waiting for my passport ( and more hopefully) to return home. when I read more in to it I still have more to do but I got no further information from the consulate. im supposed to pay my uscis fee, but I don t have an A number and an DOS number. what documents do I bring to the border agency? Birth certificates or is the passport with visa stamp enough? the consulate didn t give me anything, I ve got no sealed envelope with my medical either. does anyone have any experience after the interview phase? many thanks

Hi everyone. I am asking this question for a friend who got approved last friday in Brussel for her CR1 Visa. She just told me she picked up her passport today, with the visa which is completely correct, but she did not get an envelope she has to take to port of entry when she enters the US. I myself got approved for a K1 and recently got my passport, visa and PoE envelope, Which i told her of course. So, now my friend wonders and asks if she was supposed to get one as well. Can anyone tell me? Since CR1 is different from K1, i do not have a clear answer for her. i did read the CR1 guide to see if theres anything in there, but i am still unsure Thanks in advance!

Hey all, got my appointment at the consulate tomorrow and the usual panic starts hitting. ive walked a circle around the consulate for fun with the wife tonight and saw red taped ribbons and guide paths for visas. assuming there s going to be a line tomorrow. how long ahead of schedule should you arrive at the consulate? My appointment is at 9:30. would arrive at 9 be safe? I d hate to show up at 9:30 pass all security measures and be late for my appointment.
         thnx barry
