US Immigration from Mexico

Hey Guys,

I am a USC and my Spouse is in the process of adjusting or obtaining her permanent residency. We have a combo card for her and recently crossed the border by land with no issues. I checked the CBP Website and under travel history, it shows the most recent arrival but when I clock on "Obtain most recent I-94" it only shows the original I-94 for when she arrived into the US. Is this normal? I mean the travel history does show that she arrived just no I-94. I am just worried that this may cause issues with her immigration process if I cannot print an actual I-94 for her most recent arrival.

Does anyone have recent experience on how Ciudad Juarez is sending the approval & entry package in Mexico? Is it DHL or a Consulate pickup in the nearest city?

An error was made on my husband's Naturalization Certificate. He filed for a replacement in July. A situation has come up where he may qualify for an expedite. Is there any way to request an expedite online? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello everyone I have a question about submitting the I-130 petition. My brother got married in Mexico and has two children with my sister in law. They currently reside in Mexico while he is here working. My brother is a US resident. He is currently vacationing in Mexico and will be coming back soon. He would like to know what documents he is going to need to begin the process. And also if he needs to fill out 1 or multiple I-130 forms.
