Receiving entry package from Consulate

Does anyone have recent experience on how Ciudad Juarez is sending the approval & entry package in Mexico? Is it DHL or a Consulate pickup in the nearest city?

you can pick it up at a DHL location; they have a list of DHL locations in Mexico that you can pick from. if you wait for the package in Ciudad Juarez, the only option is to pick it up at the ASC (Centro de Atencion a Solicitante ) location.

 

Typically waiting for it in CJ is the faster option, but I am not sure if that is the case right now.

We picked up a notice at the Guadalajara Consulate that she required a new Medical. We went to Ciudad Juarez and re-did the Medical. Took it and the passport to the Consulate In Ciudad Juarez. As usual they don't say anything except they are behind. Just wondering is the current manner in Mexico is  using DHL or sending to the Guadalajara consulate for pickup.
