US Immigration from Mexico

I will soon be submitting three I-130s for my husband and my two stepdaughters. His passport expires in about a month and should be easy to renew. However, the two girls (age 12 and 15) do not have passports, so we are going through the process of getting theirs.

Can I submit the I-130s with his expiring passport and without theirs, as long as we'll have them by the NVC/pre-interview stage? Once we have them, can we add them as "addendums" to our application? I just don't want to hold up the process while we wait to receive their passports.

Hi all, we're still waiting for our I-130, but I figured I might as well ask ahead to be prepared. I'm a US citizen, my wife is a Mexican citizen. We are currently living abroad in Spain. My work contract ends in December, at which point I will be returning to the US, and my wife to Mexico until the visa comes through. We've already been waiting on the I-130 for 7 months now, so I assume it will come through soon. We were hoping we could schedule an interview at the consulate in Madrid with the hope that it would be shorter than in Mexico, although with how long the I-130 is taking, it seems that we would likely not be in Spain anymore by that point. What are the appropriate steps here? Do we still schedule the interview in Spain? Or do we schedule it in Mexico? Is it possible to schedule her visa interview in Mexico while we're still living in Spain?

We just got notice that an interview was scheduled for the green card and I am gathering paperwork to prepare.

My Spouse and I completed the i-693 medical examination in February of 2021 which was before the form updated to show Covid-19 vaccine requirements. We have the sealed envelope and understand that it is valid for up to two years but I am wondering if we will need to re-do the exam and paperwork since the new form has the Covid-19 vaccine requirements. Does anyone know if we will need to re-do?

Im a US citizen currently in 3rd year of medical school in Mexico where I met my partner. I live on student loans + financial support from my family and thats how my partner and I have been mostly living on for the past 1.5 years. She has a job here and her income helps but i'm aware that once the visa is approved she wont be able to work stateside for a long time.

Will this present a problem at the stage of filling out the I-134 form as I don't have any income? Are we at risk of being denied a visa?
